2020 Tax Year Reappraisal
WAYNE COUNTY, OH, Nov. 12, 2020 — Wayne County recently completed a reappraisal of all real property within the county. Every county auditor in Ohio is required by law to conduct a reappraisal of all real property every six years. The goal of reappraisal is to adjust and maintain a realistic fair market value of real property. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Wayne County Auditor staff is unable to conduct in-person informal review meetings as in the past due to social distancing standards.
