WAYNE COUNTY, OH, Oct. 13, 2021 — Wayne County Commissioners Sue Smail, Becky Foster, and Ron Amstutz joined with six other counties to appoint Medina County Commissioner William Hutson as the interim representative of OneOhio Region 19 to help distribute funds from the National Opioid Litigation Settlements.

CONSIDERATION OF THE QUESTION OF ADOPTING ACCOMPANYING RESOLUTIONS REDUCING INSIDE PROPERTY MILLAGE AND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN ADDITIONAL PERMISSIVE SALES AND USE TAX AS A REPLACEMENT.

Public Hearings will be held by the Wayne County Commissioners on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at 7:00 PM and Wednesday July 23, 2025 at 7:00 PM in the Commons of the following address:
