Commissioners Legal Notices

Copies of bid materials may be obtained in person from the Wayne County Commissioners’ Office, by sending a written e-mail request, or submitting the Bid Request form below.  It is preferred that all requests and questions be submitted via e-mail or secure form to ensure accuracy.

Bids are to be submitted as hard copy and must be received by the Commissioners’ Office by 2:00PM on the date posted in the Legal Notice.  Any bids received after that time will be rejected.  Electronic bids cannot be accepted at this time.
