For any issues during business hours please call or email: commit@wayneohio.org with details of your issue and any screenshots you may have.  You will receive a response that we are looking into the issue. 

Please follow this schedule for after-hours, weekend and Holiday support.
Click on the name of the support personnel scheduled below to view their contact details.   Calls will be returned first in order of urgency and then in the order received.  Please do not contact additional support techs; the on-call technician will determine whether it’s necessary to bring in additional help.

If your call is not picked up immediately, please leave a voicemail that includes your name, your department / location, your best contact number and a summary of the issue.  This helps us get a jumpstart on where the issue is occurring.
