CONSIDERATION OF THE QUESTION OF ADOPTING ACCOMPANYING RESOLUTIONS REDUCING INSIDE PROPERTY MILLAGE AND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN ADDITIONAL PERMISSIVE SALES AND USE TAX AS A REPLACEMENT.
