Judge Rickett has been appointed to fill the judicial seat vacated by the retirement of Judge Stuart K. Miller. His current term expires on December 31, 2009. He is a 1986 graduate of The University of Akron School of Law.

Carol White Millhoan graduated from the University of Akron, School of Law in 1984. She was elected Municipal Court Judge in 2005 for a term ending on December 31, 2012.
